Q: how long does this autosensing light stay on, before it turns off? ? Leviton: 6526W

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi Rick! This switch has a photocell that detects if there is ambient light in the room. When the switch is “off” and the room is dark the LED indicator light will be on so users can find the switch on the wall. When the switch is “off” but the room is bright (outside light or another light source) then the LED indicator light will be off. If you are looking for a switch with an Occupancy Sensor (light turns on when there is motion in the room and turns off when the there is no motion in the room) you may be interested in the Leviton ODS15-IDW instead.
