Quality looked good on kit complete, shiping issue though
Had HVAC CO install liner for me in a rental property of mine. Went well and wanted the stainless steel for longer lasting and reliability of liner. Product looks good , no issue. Had major glitch along the way which delayed my project was that Supply House sent me out 6 inch ducting instead of ordered 5 inch which was clearly the ordered product and on invoice and labled clearly on big box. I had a hassel of loading and bringing the big box back to a UPS shipping center to ship back to Supply House. This required me to reschedule the installer of ducting which was scheduled a day after product originally arrived. This was my first time negative issue with supply House and have enjoyed Supply House service in the past and have ordered many different products in times past from them. Just a person error I understand. We are all human!
Supply House made a rush order for me to get the Liner kit directly from supplier. I received and rescheduled with installer which turned out good.

Well made Product
Ran 6" liner kit down a 8" x 8" Clay lined chimney went right down with little problems, the stainless clamps tighten everthing nicely.
