The EC-1U-DV model is a slim undermount unit that installs easily and neatly underneath equipment and is designed to automatically remove condensate
water that drips from wall mount ductless air conditioners. The EC-1U-DV model is designed to accommodate multiple electrical requirements within one pump. The DV suffix indicates that the pump is capable of operating from a wide range of supply voltage to maintain consistent pump performance.

Bought 5 ,3 worked, customers complaint too noisy ,plus vibration.will be returning to supplier.

Too loud
The pump works perfectly, but when it starts to pump, it was so loud so I had to swap it out with a quieter pump. Doesn't have a problem with pumping water, and I like how you can place it on the left or right of a wall head unit. If they can figure out how to make it quieter, it would be a great pump to install, especially that it's a lower cost than most mini split pumps.

Easy to install, Easy to maintenance
Installation was straightforward and easy. It was my first experience with this pump. I wish it were a little quieter. I am on a quest to find an extremely quiet pump. I installed an Aspen pump a few months ago that also was a bit noisy.
So far this customer I installed this pump for has not complained about the noise of the pump. So if the customer is happy I'm happy!
