The right float for tight quarters
I use this float switch when working on a Eco Flo septic pretreatment system due to the tight quarters in the pump basin.

good but lacking
I needed to adjust the exact location on the stem and unless a part was missing there was only one rubber stopper, in addition a plate for mounting to the sump pump would have been convenient, this was a shallow sump application

best i've tried
With 20 years here and a really high water table I've tried a lot of products. This switch is great because it can be adjusted to any height. I tried a cheaper big box store one and it failed in about a year, no savings there.I've modified mine with a longer rod (arrow shaft and SS cotter pins) for maximum on time to reduce on/off wear on the pump/switch and check valve.
