This Remote Float Switch, (aka Wide Angle) is a direct-acting, in-line control system for automatically controlling a variety of pumps. Float switch consists of one float with 20' power cord without plug, one large mounting strap and two small adjustable mounting clamps.
Features:Convert any manual pump to an automatic pump, up through 3/4 HP or 2 HP
Controls pumps rated up to 20 amps
Automatically turns pump off in skimmer if water level drops

Good product
This product works nicely, however I needed a high level shutoff for a well reservoir tank, so I used tie wraps and flipped the unit upside down. Works well, the only thing rough is since it is not centered, it is intermittent on the shut off portion, which I have to adapt to. Product works as defined.
