GE 3ARR3J4A4 replacement for Trane AC unit
As mentioned on the review by Dan (thank you Dan), this is a 1:1 replacement part for the Trane relay (GE 3ARR3J4A4).
The attachment points are the same and the dimensions are identical. Drop-in replacement.
This was installed about 4 weeks ago. Probably did over 50 starts already without any issue.
Recommended. The ordering and shipping process by SupplyHouse was easy and quick.

This potential relay is a good replacement for GE 3ARR3J4A4.
Its pick-up voltage and other electrical characteristics are very close to the GE 3ARR3J4A4, which is the potential relay used by my older Trane central AC to control start up of the condenser fan motor. It also has a very similar geometry for wiring and attachment. I am assuming that it will give me years of good service. It is a good idea to also replace this component when your start capacitor goes bad in order to be sure your fan motor is protected.
