Q: We have a 63-7B M/M float assembly on a condensate return tank. The system was installed in 2016 around November. The float assembly sends condensate to our DA tank. The float seems here lately sticking 1-2x per shift causing the condensate return tank high water alarm to sound. Moving the float switch manually causes the pump to come on thus sending condensate to the DA tank. Would the Cam on the assembly be the culprit causing the float to stick. Since this is a new product design that I'm not familiar with I was wondering if replacing the cam on a PM schedule would resolve the problem.

Unfortunately we do not have any technicians or installers on staff and as such we are unable to troubleshoot. In this case it would be best to contact the manufacturer directly or a certified professional.
