The Plumber's Third Hand Disposer Installation Tool
Until now, installing garbage disposers required three hands! The installer has to hold the sink strainer flange in place while attaching the fiber gasket, triangular flange, mounting ring and snap ring to the underside of the disposal sink strainer.
After the these parts are installed, someone must position the cumbersome disposer to the bottom of the sink strainer and simultaneously secure the disposer locking collar to the strainer flange.
Mill-Rose Plumber's Third Hand simplifies installing residential and commercial garbage disposers. This patented plumber's tool will save you time, aggravation and money installing garbage disposals.
Insert the Plumber's Third Hand through the sink strainer and into the garbage disposer then pull up so the disposal is in the desired position. Spin the wing nut clockwise down to the strainer opening.
The Plumber's Third Hand will hold the disposal in place leaving you with two hands free to install the disposal.
Once installed, turn the wing nut counter clockwise to remove the Plumber's 3rd Hand installation tool.

Simple tool eliminates a second person
This simple little tool eliminates either a second person or trying to randomly stack items to get the disposal closer while you get the lock ring started. I know I always need 2 hands to evenly push up the lock ring and spin it evenly. This tool lets you draw up the disposal tight and hold it there till you are ready.

Great investment!
Even if you only have one disposal to install, I would recommend you have this tool. If you've ever struggled under a sink, trying to hold up a disposal while catching the large nut, you'll thank yourself for buying it.
