Thermally Protected Motor
The air propulsion motor included on the HER125 is entirely enclosed and thermally protected, greatly extending its service life in even the harshest conditions. Rubber vibration guards and the lightweight aluminum fan give the air propulsion system of the HER125 a notably long service life. Nickel Chromium Heating Element
The heating element of the HER125 consists of nickel-chromium wire elements enclosed in powder-filled aluminum coated steel tubes. This arrangement makes the heating element highly resistant to thermal shock and vibration, and is made highly efficient by spiraled fins attached to the steel. Safety Fan Guard
The fan guard of the HER125 is formed of heavy gauge steel rod stock, providing substantial support for the motor and protection from the exposed fan. Adjustable Air Deflector Blades
Vertically adjustable air deflector blades equipped on the HER125 provide a simple to use, complete control system over vertical air flow direction. Control Compartment
The control compartment included on the HER125 safely encloses terminal blocks, fuses, and the large transformer. This provides a central location for easy field wiring and protects sensitive, high current elements from accidental damage. Automatic Safety Reset Control
In the event of overheating, the included reset control interrupts the power supply to the heating elements until the ambient temperature has fallen to acceptable operating levels. The control automatically resets itself once the heater cools to a safe operating temperature. Baked-On Polyester Paint
The HER125 features a neutral colored baked-on polyester paint, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability while blending in with a wide variety of environments.
