I HOPE not to Need this product again--Supply House is good
Price was very good, compared to that by the manufacturer, at about 1/3 the price. I hope NEVER to buy the product again, but will use the SUPPLYHOUSE as a source for other such purchases. They shipped fast and the prices were competitive. I would recommend them.

My only choice is to buy this part again if it breaks again.
Seems to be a flimsy design by Moen. Stainless rod should go all the way through instead of the molded plastic rod on the other end.

Exactly what I needed.
It was easy to install and worked without leaking. My only caution is to buy the seat washer. It would seem to me it should have been included with the Ball-rod assembly instead of being sold seperately.
