No ideal
It's easy to install and serviceable piece, however the flapper breaks easily causing back flow. Suggest using iron brass check along with brass to pvc adapter.

Good Product
Good product, keep pipe secure due to insertion depth. No corrosion possible ublike standard checks with hose clamps.

Yes I would buy this product again.
Easy install and change out - no PVC glue required. Used in sump pump. The only bad thing is the rubber flap inside breaks off and floats around. A more durable hinge for the flap should be designed.
