Perfect direct replacement
My capacitor and windings went out on my blower assembly on my home furnace. I was expecting to have to splice wires and maybe drill new mounting holes. Nope. This was plug and play unit which made it so much easier and less frustrating of a situation.

Great is solved the problem. But ! it did not fit, the mounting bracket was bigger than the original. I made it fit.
