I actually bought products from you before but never had a problem on delivery until this last time. It was suppose to be here in two days on a Wednesday and never got it until 4 days later on a Friday. My clients had no heat and for it to be another two days later was not acceptable in my book. I also emailed you and never even got a email back. Would I use you again, yes. But shipping needs to happen when you say it's going to happen so I don't have unhappy customers. If they are unhappy, I'm unhappy.
