Missed upon assembly
The element works fine. The mounting tabs on the male 1/4" electrical connectors were not bent. The mounting tabs keep the electrical connectors from pushing inside the ceramic insulators while plugging on the wires. Needless to say I had the element installed before I noticed that the retaining tabs were not bent making it more difficult to correct the problem. You might want to check your stock. The service and quick shipment will keep me coming back to SupplyHouse .com .
