The product works fine. It was broken when received though.
We bought the blower fan to replace one in my rental. The blower fan came shipped very tightly however the wall of the blower fan was disconnected. My husband had to work for an hour or so to carefully reconnect the wall so that it wouldn't come loose again. It was disheartening because of the amount that we paid for the blower.

5 1/2 years and still great
I had my old part fail unexpectedly and I bought this as a replacement. I never messed with anything electrical or like this before. It was an easy install and it is still working perfectly 5 and a half years later. I smashed my phone and found my delivery email from September 2020 and wanted to let people know this this works great.

Great replacement part
Recent had the blower go out on a furnace.. supply house was the only place in the country basically that had this in stock. Fast shipping and it arrived not beat up.

Super easy
Never worked on anything HVAC related, but after diagnosing either my blower motor and/or the capacitor going out on my unit, I found this all-in-one replacement and decided the fins could stand to be replaced to. Easy to replace, just shut off the power, disconnect the plug, remove four screws, slide out old unit, then put the new one in and screw it down and plug it in. No problems with the unit or shipping. Will buy from this company again.

product was not properly assembled. had to trim and assemble sheet metal and install screws that was laying in bottom of shipping box before installation.

Direct replacement. Perfect Fit and SUPER FAST SHIPPING!!
This was a direct replacement for my old worn out unit. It fit like a glove and was the easiest thing to install. Disconnect Power, Pop out a few screws, Install the included cable adapter and slide back in and screw back down with provided screws.
Maybe a 20 minute job if that.
