Clean Guard installs in seconds with its use of an industrial grade elastic collar that simply and automatically adjusts around the indoor unit. There is nothing more simple and quick to use in the market!
The device provides 360-degree coverage to protect overspray on the walls, an integrated eight-foot drain line and heavy duty design to allow its reuse. For future use, Clean Guard simply needs to be rinsed, dried and stored in the five-gallon bucket used to collect the cleaning solution during service.

Like old model better
Works good everything is the same as older model. The part that goes around mini split use to have rubber band type. Was easy to get on. Now it's pull string or draw string type. But everything else is same. Just wish would of left rubber band type tie string.

I learned that the "lower jaw" should be open all the way else liquid could spray on top of it and drip outwards. I corrected this with the second unit and it went perfectly.

Way too big for 18000 Unit
Tried to use this to clean a 18000 BTU unit but quickly found it was not going to be easy to handle. Fortunately I also ordered the 12000 BTU unit bag (I have a smaller unit in bedroom) - I tried that one - it fit perfectly. I do like the drawstring on the XL bag so rather than try to return it, I think I can do some cutting and taping to make it work. The smaller bag only has what can be described a huge rubber band to hold it around the unit - not sure how well that will hold up if repeated stretched to max. I will recommend though since I like how the bag goes completely around the unit - no over spray issues to deal with.

A little too big for my unit but no problems
My Fujitsu Halcyon unit is 18000 Btu, so I ordered the large size as per the manufacturer's sizing, It was a little too big, which made tightening up the elastic cords a little challenging without a lot of bunching up of the plastic. Overall, it worked just fine, no mess no problems. The size issue is in now way a complaint or a reflection ofthe product itself.
