We always order quantity of 12, which is a full box. Everytime we get our shipment the bottles are loose and individually wrapped in a bag, why not ship us the original full box?

This was recommended to me by my professional ice machine service tech for use on my home ice machine. Although I don't believe it is the intention of this product to be used this way, it was incredible. I followed a hybrid of the ice machine cleaning spec as well as the products use guidelines, and the results were amazing. My machine has been noisy, and not functioning properly for quite some time. I had followed the manufacturers recommended process of descaling, and it just wasn't working. After using the Nu-Calgon its as if the machine is brand new again.
