Superb!!
Many of the valves found online were, according to the reviews, "suitable substitutes". Some required slight modification of the existing installation to accommodate a longer housing, for example. Not monumental, but why do more work than needed. Other than the name embossed on the plastic cover, the valve from SupplyHouse.com was identical to the valve I removed. No modifications required. Out with the old. In with the new. Done. Furnace back up and running in short order. My order was shipped and received promptly. Packaging was excellent. A great experience overall.

Poor quality
Item was defective apon arrival verified by gas company. It took me 3 weeks to get this item approved and was the worse process ever. I was told by cs rep that only a licensed plumber could install part ordered and I only found out this Since I was made to call manufacture not of the part but of the manufacture of the furnace to get this part warranty replaced. You will have to go through hoops to get item returned. And worse of all the actually item I got is not an honeywell but a resideo. Not a huge deal but a little missleading

Poor quality

So far so good...
This was a direct replacement for a 40 year old genuine Honeywell gas valve in my workshop unit heater. The new valve has worked flawlessly so far. Shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and undamaged. This was my fist time buying from SupplyHouse and I am 100% satisfied with this entire transaction.
