Zabel Flow Controller

Ideal for alternating or dividing flows between two separate fields. Easily installs by attaching directly to SCH 40 or SDR 35 pipe. Our unique channel split design enables an equal split of the waste stream. Additionally the valve can be set for equal distribution (factory setting) or all distribution to the right or left.

The Polylok / Zabel flow controller will control the flow equally into two fields or give the installer the option to control the flow to a single field by turning the flow divider to the selected field.

Install the 4" pipe (Schedule 40 or SDR 35) to the flow controller inlet and glue in place with PVC or Universal solvent cement. The two outlets will also accept both 4-inch pipe schedules.

The flow controller has flat surfaces to place a level on so the installer can level the controller during installation. The flow controller accepts SDR 35 4" pipe for a riser to grade that can be glued into the top opening of the flow controller. The inspection cap on the flow controller will cover the top of the riser pipe. Inspection risers allow for future field adjustments with the flow controller-switching handle.
