Misleading Discription, Did NOT Come With Reducer
I Selected And Purchased The 1½" Option For This Vent To Connect It To A 1½" Pvc Pipe. When The Vent Arrived, Both The Box And The Packaging Slip Said 1½". Unfortunately The Box Only Contained A 3" Vent. I Checked The Manufacturers Spec Sheet Inside The Box And It Said That The 2" And 1½" Versions Of This Vent Should Come With A Reducer, But There Was No Reducer In The Box. So I Called Supply House To Tell Them About The Missing Reducer. After They Confirmed That I Had Indeed Selected And Paid For The 1½" Vent Size, They Said The Reducer Had To Be Ordered Separately. So I Thought It Was Weird Cause I Selected A 1½" Vent, Purchased A 1½" Vent, But Then They Send Me A 3" Vent Without A Reducer??? Kinda Weird Cause Supplyhouse Usually has Great Customer Service, But Whatever Life Goes On!
