Q: Plumber said the pipe is 3". If for some reason it doesn't fit may it be returned? Also, is this ok to leave on in the winter? We get a lot of snow and freezing temps up here in the mountains. Thank you,

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Pattie. To connect to your 3" pipe, simply align the filter housing to the top of the vent pipe and press down firmly to lock in place. If uninstalled and still in brand new condition, we can accept it back for a refund, however you would be responsible for the return shipping cost. This would need to be insulated in freezing temperatures to prevent from cracking.
