Terrific service & products. Called before ordering to get specs for a sillcock. Customer service tech was VERY polite and took extra measures to research my specific questions. I ordered the part (best price available online or in stores) and received it within a few days. Excellent shipping tracking and top-of-the-line service (sillcock was far better constructed than products offered locally). So that's it......I'd buy from SupplyHouse.com again without reservation.

Fails if if freezes!
After completing our rough-in inspection we had to drain the building water because there was no insulation or heat. This unit was completely drained and left in the open position. When we turned the water back on, only a dribble of water came out: The internal mechanism retains water and freezes and breaks if the building heat must be turned off for any reason and the valve is allowed to freeze. Everything else worked fine, including the water heater (it was drained too, of course). Worse, this unit is not repairable: It's soldered together and so you can't even get to the mechanism to fix or replace it. Avoid it if you live anywhere it freezes, or if you place any value on serviceable components.

Stopped working after 5 uses
Unclear what is wrong with it (I spent a half hour getting bounced around to different people at Quarter Ball, some of whom didn't know what a sillcock was), but water stopped coming out of it after about 5 uses. I removed the interior cartridge and nothing looks amiss, but it sure isn't working.

Doesn't last with hard water
I've had this about 4 years. Two years ago replaced cartridge due to leaking.
Now it's leaking again. Going back to standard washer type now.

Great product, somewhat noisy.
I love the quarter turn ball valve being frost proof. Install was easy with 1/2" CPVC x Male Brass Adapter. Works great!
Only downside is that it is noisier than other frost proof sillcocks.

Very nice quarter turn sillcock. Longevity, too soon to tell
Very easy to operate and high flow. Almost too easy to open. No noticeable click on closing, so might leave you wondering if it's, indeed, closed. However still happy I bought it. One thing to keep in mind is that the mounting screw holes are not spaced on the same standard as the usual sillcock. If you are replacing from a different model, you might have a problem. In my case, new location, new hole, so no issues.
