I use this to replace both front and back of my house. I previously installed old washer type valves and they didn't last more than a couple of years and started leaking. I love the fact that these are quarter turn valves because it's not very easy to change these in my house. I expect these will last a long time

Much better than the standard washer type.
We ended up replacing three of the standard washer style frost free faucets with these 1/4 turn ball valves. Much better than the originals. Got tired of buying repair kits every two years and having dripping faucets
