If The Abrasive Strip Is Good It Will Pill The Paint Right Off The Pipe. Preps End Of Pipe Well.

Value Is Yet To Be Determined
When You Buy This You Will Also Need To Order 38003 Velcro Backed Abrasive Strips. That Supplyhouse Doesn't Have In Their Inventory As Of Yet. Once I Get The Abrasive Strips I May Have A Better View Of It. Not Impressed Yet.
