This brand CO2 air dispense does not have the potential issue where the cylinder is punctured before the screw on portion had enough threads on. Do note that from a 12g cylinder , it would no the enough air to dislodge clogs or foreign objects in a 3/4" condensation line due to the limited amount of volume. a 2 gal garden pump sprayer with water would be more effective for those use cases It is useful for blowing out 3/8" or smaller tubes or pipes with 5-6 feet. Especially compact which is great when crawling into the attic to flush the condensate line. Do note that the 12gram CO2 cyl is small so the volume of gas is not much. It yields 3-4 1 second blast which is actually not enough to purge more than 10 feet of 3/4 PVC. It is useful when used with dumping a gallon of water down the line and then using 4 cyl of CO2 to aid in its flush which a shop vac running at the outlet. Its not meant and will not replace Nitrogen tank set at 30PSI to clear a clog. But being that it is really portable, its worth the effort to carry and use as a first attempt on a PM call. Where eye protection when using it and spin the CYL on rapidly so the CO2 CyL does not take off suddenly.
