Does the job
I have a cold start boiler and the "Circulator with Remote Bulb Aquastat" is insuring that the boiler must be up to 140 degrees before circulating water to my indirect hot water tank or any heating zones. Easy hookup, recommend that a good heat conducting paste be used on bulb.

Aquastat and service were great.
I had an old Trane forced hot water, floor mount heater where the controller was broken.
The original manufacture's controller was very expensive, so I modified the unit to incorporate the Honeywell Aquastat to manage the fan in the system when the hot water was delivered to the unit. All works great at a fraction of the price of fixing the original unit with OEM parts.

Honeywelll Aquastat
Does what I need, but setting the differential to minimum gives about 12 deg. F reset as opposed to the 5 degrees advertised.

This is adjustable 5°F-30°F degrees. Make sure to insulate your piping where the bulb is inserted.
