Weak pilot flame? New (clean) orifice may be what you need.
Arrived quickly. Very easy to install. I replaced the thermistor several times because the pilot kept going out. I should have considered the possibility of dirt in the pilot orifice. I paid my heating contractor $100 to come out and tell me the pilot flame was too small, that should have been the clue.
