I plan on buying this again product for my 2nd furnace

Q: Rheem unit Furnace Model NO: RGDJ-12EARJR My Induced Draft Blower is making lots of noice when running, looking for a replacement, current one specs are: JAKEL INC. 117847-00 J238-150-15165 120V. 60HZ 1.71A. T.P.L B C.W.S.E. 1/20 H.P. CONT. T.P. 3400 R.P.M. What would be the right replacement? Would it matter if it runs at 3000 or 3400 R.P.M.?
