I would recommend this product
This particular length anode rod is not easy to find. A 44" long anode rod was too long to fit into the water heater tank without hitting the end. This size anode rod fit without the need of cutting the end down it fit.
Not sure as to why the nut on the threaded cap is so shallow, if the nut was to be manufactured thicker it would prevent a socket from slipping off and rounding the corners when it comes time to replace..
