Good alternative to much more expensive
This is good. Apparently, works for all Rheem tankless heaters. It's just a pressure valve I think; perhaps Rheem thinks temp control not needed, given tankless safety interlocks. I had a Watts T&P which was much more expensive (about $70) to meet BTU rating, contained lead, and after about 10years gushed at water temp verified to be 130 deg (although valve rated to 210deg). Thankfully, that piece of junk was connected to drain.
