Managed to get it to work
Looked up 3in draft hood and this popped up the price was decent came in a decent time looked fine but on the web site it did not say how big it really is so when i tried to put it onit did not fit like its supposed to which made my water heater still back draft so after a small amount of rigging i managed to get it to work ok i feel i would have been saved a lot of frustration if they put what size it fits or some sort of description.
