I would order from them again
Rheem suggested I order this flame sensor, unfortunately, it wasn't the problem. Rheem didn't have one in stock, so I ordered through Supply house. It came quickly, and was the correct part for my unit, but the problem turned out to be the seal between the exhaust and air intake.
