I approve of the purchase & use of this product; H2O element
Only been a week thus far but, so far, so good! Was not too difficult to replace with some mechanical experience and a few tools but, need the correct size (1 & one half inch) 12-point socket or wrench, though. Also, consider your method of draining the water tank in preparation for replacement of this element. Mine did not come with the ring-shaped gasket/seal which IS NEEDED to water-tight seal the base of the element when properly tightened in place.
