Works
It fit in my water heater. Looks like there is an o-ring groove, but no o-ring. Unfortunately that seems to be standard for the RHEEM/RUUD water heaters. I spliced an o-ring and installed the anode, no leakage.

I would buy this again when it's time to reorder.
The anode arrived on time and in perfect shape. It installed in minutes. I did have to cut off about 8" in order to have room from the basement ceiling to the top of the water heater to get it to fit, and that in itself in not a issue with how it will work.
