Right Product at the Right Price
The product is a factory replacement thermostat for my Rheem LP gas hot water heater. It is the correct part, was easy to install and restored the functionality of the heater. The main symptom was the flame going out mid-cycle before the water reached the set temperature. Subsequent attempts to relight would fail, though you could see the ignitor glow. After 3 attempts the "A" and "B" lights would remain lit indicating a lockout. There are many causes for a lockout, including too many relight attempts. After eliminating power and fuel supply issues, I determined that the thermostat was bad.

Upon investigation further your address system changed the address for my order and the product was delivered to a different state. No refund no offer to replace. Terrible service when this was told to you. Unfortunately I had to order and pay for another of the same product and I was the person to determine what happened to the order. Had I not needed the product quickly to serve a customer I would have gone to a different supply house. This will be the last order I make with the company due to how they offered no assistance

Product came in onetime as promised. Completed my installation and got the Hot Water Heater back and operational in 2 days. Had to figure out the wiring since the original model valve was no longer in production.

Easy to install. Compatible with a 15 year old water heater
Installed in a 15 year old State power vent water heater.
Including the original, this is the third thermostat/valve installed in this water heater. I anticipate getting 6-7 years use based on past history.

Water heater was going into lockout mode alarming for failure to light too many times. Replaced this controller and all is good again. I'm a do it yourselfer and this project was easy. Maybe a 3 on a scale of 10.
