I would definitely buy this product again.
I ordered the sensor and it was delivered the very next day and I didn't have to pay extra for next day delivery! I had been without hot water for a few days because my hot water heater went into lockout mode. I tried everything to reset it, but nothing worked. I finally decided on getting a new sensor. As soon as it came to my house I went straight to the heater and plugged it in. I re-started the heater and that was it!

Fixed the problem, but could have been much simpler
Great product. Did FIX my water heater problem; But WHY, when it is advertised as a "KIT," would you sell it without the connecting cable to the controller? And why make the Sensor & Connection cable two different, separate orders/mailings, arriving on different dates??
Thank you for the help over the phone & for the two sepate "kit" parts being shipped to the correct address. When both parts arrived, they did fit together & resolved my water heater problem.

This part is mounted only 2 inches from the floor, it can be damaged by water or chemicals. Having spares is important.
