The part worked and it arrived early, I was so happy to have hot water again! The CSR Erica was fabulous! She was so friendly and helpful with my purchase. I don't know what her salary is but she needs a raise! Some companies and their CSR's act like they are doing you a favor by just answering your call but she went above and beyond to ensure that I ordered a part for my propane water heater and not just a natural gas WH. I can't thank her enough that I didn't get the wrong part (like Rheem's CSR that would have sent me the wrong part) and then I would have had to return it and wait longer to take a glorious hot shower!

I bought a part for my hot water heater and ended up not needing it because the tank had to be replaced. I completed the return process and my money was refunded within a couple of day - I have never got a refund that quick!

I purchased this part to repair my water heater. The next day a friend stopped by a plumbing supply and was able to get the part off a discarded heater for free, the part worked so I returned the new part when it arrived. They shipped the part right away and it came in a couple days. They we're awesome about the return, no restocking fees.

I used this product on my 40 gallons gas water heater. Product arrived on time. The product was easy to install and it's instructions was easy to followed. What I didn't like was the seal it came with to seal. You have to stick a seal around the plate for better safety to the inside heating fire rack that keeps the water hot underneath. That seal was so confusing to replace than the original seal itself. So, I just copy the way the original seal was, and cut out this new seal to the same way the original was. 😐
