Beware!
Not an issue (with Supplyhouse) but with RHEEM! I've used this part (w/o) problems on a Rheem 80g HPHWH unit but IT DOES NOT FIT the 50 Gallon unit XE50T10HS. Contacted Rheem Support, sent pictures -crickets. A regular 8" take-off (with 10" OD flange) looks like my solution.
The Rheem inlet has a mold number of AP21365

Went to install this but it interferes with the hot water outlet if you're using the top ones.

High quality, factory made at a reasonable price!
This is a vent adaptor which is a required add-on if you are going to vent your heat pump water heater (which we absolutely have to do!) Rheem knows it's essential and that fabricating it would cost a fortune so that's what they charge. So happy to have a reasonably priced alternative.
