When they arrived there was rust in the package..... They really should have not sent them to me in that condition. I am a Contractor and technically I never seen them that way since they are coated with oil so it is suspect that they were opened... I have been too busy to return.......

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi Daniel! The difference is in the die material/type. The 37835 is Alloy RH and the 37880 is High-Speed RH.
