Absolute garbage. So long Ridgid
Bought this cable as a replacement for the one I've been using for 5 years. Only use the machine in soft blockages. Second use in a soft blockage for this replacement cable and it snapped. Have been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement from rigid. Communication with them is awful. Company is going downhill. Making the switch to Milwaukee.
