Installed, works well so far.
The water flow turbine of my Rinnai quit on me. Unfortunately I could not find just the turbine for R70, and ended up buying the whole assembly. (Turbine would just cost around $4).
Replaced the whole assembly, and the tankless water heater is working again.
If you are considering buying Rinnai Tankless Water Heater, I'd only recommend models that you can purchase water flow turbine spare part (that's the one tend to break first, my lasted only 12 years. Someone may say 12 years is a long time, NO, IT IS NOT. If you take good care of the heater by flushing it once per year, it should last forever).
