i would recommend this company to anybody
i was a little disappointed when the gas valve i received would not work on high fire. but i contacted customer service and i must say that i had one of the best, if not the best service a person could ever ask for. they helped make sure i diagnosed it properly step by step, and when it was determined the new valve was bad, they sent me a new one and i got it in 2 days. they are the most polite, helpful, and caring service team i have ever dealt with. it is nice to know that courtesy and respect are still alive in some places. hats off to them. they will 100% be getting more business from me. thank you supply house.
