I would buy this product again, but I hope I won't need to.
My Rinnai RUCS75iP developed a 2 pinhole leaks in the heat exchanger. I noticed them after the annual flush. Due to the design of this system, the entire unit has to be removed to repair or replace the heat exchanger. I chose to just replace it while I'm in there. The is a complex job but is possible for a homeowner if you have some mechanical ability.
