Honest and decent company with great customer service
I had some difficulty with one of the products I ordered recently. Their customer support was outstanding and they gave me a refund. I was able to send pictures of the problem so they could forward them to Rinnai in hopes of ensuring other customers might not have the same problem. That was their suggestion and it made me feel like I was a part of their team trying to make something better.
