18" Snap-Fit Thermocouple

Works great!

These are high quality items that work exactly as expected.

I've used this thermocouple in everything from a 1950 gas Caloric stove the kind that heats the room/s as well as cooks and bakes they have stopped making parts for this decades ago. I wish they made a longer Thermocouple but this works fine and also works on modern gas equipment as well. I keep extras around because when you need one you need it now and they don't cost much.

We have ordered 3 of these from different supply houses including this last one from supplyhouse.com and the technician said that they are manufactured incorrectly to fit to an existing stove copper line. The tooling/threading is incorrect and incompatible for all all stove applications. This must be a major supply chain error that went to multiple vendors. I have emailed supplyhouse.com and have not heard back about a credit or replacement part yet. Sal DePoala

Just what I need and fit perfectly

I have been using these thermocouples for years. Very solid, I average about 5-6 years on boilers. If you go through a lot one or more a year try to adjust the pilot it may be too high. (Watch YouTube many videos on it.) White Rodgers also makes a solid thermo. I stay away from Honeywell/Residio their basic model thermo. You're lucky to get 2-years. Now their Max Coppel is a much better thermo. you can get easy 6-7 years out of them. I use all these thermos. on Weils McLains, Enerjets, etc. all universal.
