Description
–
The 200 Series Thermostats are decorator designed and engineered
for outstanding performance. All models feature Uni-Lines famous
sealed-in-glass switch which requires NO LEVELING AND OPTIMUM
PROTECTION FROM SWITCH CONTAMINATION.
Models are available for 24 volt heating or cooling, millivolt heating,
2- or 3-wire zone, and with energy saving heating or cooling ranges.
A decorating wall plate is included with all models to cover old thermostat
mounting marks.

Highly recommended for millivolt systems
Local home centers offered no alternatives so I'm glad I spent a few minutes online looking for a replacement to the junkie Lux thermostat I had been using for my millivolt, direct vent heater. Unlike the Lux it replaced, this unit is manufactured well with a sealed in glass contact mechanism that can not become fouled with dust, the ambient and adjusted temperature scales are circular and thus accurate compared to more common straight scales found on most low end type thermostats suitable for millivolt systems. Lastly the style is cool, pure 1950s-60s.

I ordered this Model 200-502 millivolt thermostat to replace the same model that had failed after less than a year. Despite the product description, the unit had no positive ON-FF switch lever, and the built-in temperature diskplay was reading high by about 10 degrees. Don't buy this piece of junk.

Exact replacement of the 60's style Robert Shaw thermostat, complete with original graphics, with a handy on/off lever which was not on the original model. Easy installation and worked perfectly.

I use this on an older Gas heater. The original thermostat never worked all that good. This thermostat is easy to read and very accurate, within one degree of setting.

It is atermostast, perfect for all old gas heathers.
My gas heather is old and good ( better than the new electronics and more reliable) the solution was this thermostats hard to find in regular supply shops.
I will by new one a sun this go . THANKS.for what I need in winter,

A great millivolt thermostat
This is a very retro style thermostat that I used with an old floor furnace. I was looking for a simple thermostat that looked good and this fit the bill. It was easy to install and works great.
