Great fix for draft-caused pilot outages
This product was installed on a commercial kitchen oven, due to the pilot light being affected by drafts and burner puffing on main burner shutdown. Battery operation eliminates the need for a.c. wiring (there is no nearby source), and it has been performing flawlessly for a month so far. NOTE: recommend the use of a 9-V. lithium battery (Ultralife®, Energizer®Lithium, etc. for extended life in this application.
