Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe reset button erases the programming of the thermostat when pressed. The thermostat will need to be re-programmed for operation.
Q: I have a 9620 and the "check" light is on. What does this mean?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffAccording to the manufacturer, the CHECK indicator is used to monitor system status. If the CHECK indicator is illuminated, they recommend that you call your local HVAC service provider.

Q: Help--I moved into the house and it has a 9620 model theromstat. I have been unable to program it propertly. I want to have a simple unit where I can set a temperature to maintain in the winter and summer. I want it to operate automatically.I don't care about the times or the days. In reading the manual it indicates there are 2 levels of heating and cooling. If the unit can be set, does it go on high or low temperature, would low setting save energy money.
