I recommend these whole heartedly.
I purchased and installed this towel warmer for a client to replace a free standing radiator on a convection type of system (primary pump only, no zone pump, 180*F)
This was a full remodel/updating of the room, so I was able to put the stub outs exactly where I needed them.
The installation was fairly easy, but I have experience, so...
I really liked the bushings that were provided to cover the mounting hardware.
I asked the client about how she likes it and she said it warms the bathroom beautifully plus the toasty warm towel is nice after a shower.
The only complaint was from her cat. The cat used to like to lay and sleep on top of the old radiator.
Recommendation: Put blocking in the wall for better support. The unit comes with toggle bolts, but IMO toggle bolts are for amateurs. Also the spec sheet is a bit light on ifo, and you have to do some maths to determine where to place the blocking.
