Q: Can the outdoor unit be installed horizontally for rooftop use? There's nothing in the install manual that says no, but there are no diagrams or explanations of how to do so, either.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffWe would not recommend it. These units are designed to operate vertically, and installing them horizontally could have an adverse effect on air flow and drainage.
